Real estate marketing simply doesn’t work that way.

If you follow these three tactics and spend some time perfecting your craft, you can easily triple what you’re doing right now.

Pre-Sell The Listing With Video Landing Pages

During a listing appointment you’re going to want to demonstrate your digital prowess and help them feel confident to list with you.

Why not get ahead and pre-sell to them with a killer video landing page you’ve already created for their property?

Well, the way you take this into the present is with Facebook video ads.

Personally, I don’t think enough agents are taking action on this. I see a lot of agents putting up videos that are educational in nature, but ignoring call-to-response videos.

Take all the referral email and phone scripts you’ve perfected over the years and use them to record an awesome video.

You can then upload it to Facebook and run it as a video ad. Your call to action can be super simple and effective: just ask folks to tag people in the comments who are interested in buying or selling real estate so they can see the video and connect with you.

This is a really low friction call to action that doesn’t involve clicking anything or submitting personal information. You can leave the video running for as long as the information included is valuable. I would recommend shooting something new every six months or so.

What should your call to action be?
