Omggggg Open Houses aren’t the marketing tool they used to be for real estate agents. Here at Easy Agent Pro TV we’re going to get into why that might just be happening for you. People are looking for houses. So how can we get in front of them is the question. And what is their mindset while they are searching the web for houses? Because that is the point of selling. You need to see who these people are. Find out what they are looking for and then provide or solve that problem for them. That’s where you get into the sale and we can transition from there. But we can’t really expect open houses to work like they used to because things have changed so much today. People fundamentally think differently.
