And you can’t blame them. The allure of the next new thing is so attractive. But I find that this type of marketing is very dangerous. Whenever I start thinking this way I become increasingly negative and critical toward every quality idea and rule out proven methods without much thought.
Here’s a fact: Most people will not execute on any marketing idea. Will you be the 1 person in your market that takes that avenue to success seriously?
The only cure I know for fear is action.
And I don’t mean taking action through ‘studying’ real estate even more before you get started. You have a limited level to understand the market from where you stand today. You don’t know what your competition knows. You can’t know what will happen if you do XYZ marketing activity. You don’t know what will happen after buying a LeadSite.
You can study it. But you’ll never know until you take action.
The cool part about being a real estate agent is that the majority of your competition will never take action.
