I have had plenty of positive experiences myself from Fiverr when it comes to Logo’s.

We even have plenty of clients who’ve used a number of designers themselves.

Here’s my go to list of services.

 

 

All you need to walk away with a quality logo is a general idea of the theme you want.

There are artists for just about every possible category.

 

Picking Your Logo Style

 

 

When you select “logo’s you’re going to see a huge list of options to choose from.

Do you want something that looks handwritten? Something clean and simple like many traditional business logos?

Or maybe you want to try that NEON style logo because you want to stand out!

 

How Much Does It Really Cost You?

 

Costs will still vary depending on what you’re looking for though.

Once you decide on the logo style you’re looking for there are some important things you’ll also want to have included that these artists usually charge a little extra for.

My recommendation is to acquire the source file, transparent logo, and if it’s not too expensive the Vector file.

 

 

Whats’s great about this specific offer is the unlimited revisions.

I love having the option to revise submissions as much as possible (if need be).

How Did They Get Music For Their Video Intro?

 

I get this question all the time, I started using unique music as a way to help keep the video entertaining.

YouTube has free to use music you can use if it fits your style.

 

 

Aside from YouTube however, check out soundcloud.com, I search and find smaller artists who are more than willing to let you use their music.

Then I email them directly and ask them if I can use their music in my videos.

 

 

In most instances, they’ll just ask that you add a link back to their Soundcloud channel and credit them.

So id you don’t like the stock music YouTube offers you, or the music that came with your video intro just know you have options!

 

 

Engaging Graphics to Explain Boring Numbers

 

 

Alright, you now have a kick ass logo, an attractive video intro am I missing anything else?

Oh right……INFOGRAPHICS! (What’s an Infographic?)

If you haven’t started using infographics in your blog posts yet 2017 is the year to do it.

We have older infographics we created over a year ago that are still bringing in traffic from Pinterest today!

The great thing is we got these from a gig on Fiverr.

A huge number of agents loved this graphic and continue to share it to this day.

So if you’re not sure what to make an infographic about use your blog posts as the subject matter.

Or even sift through NAR for some relevant research findings.

I went and searched through the “Research” section of NAR, which I’m sure most of you are familiar with.

 

Bam! Look at that! You have a list of boring numbers that are actually quite helpful to first-time homebuyers!

Take this info and use one of these available gigs on fiver to create your own graphic!

 

 

You can send these infographics to clients for years to come and I promise you they’ll appreciate it.

 

What Ever You Do Though Don’t Do This On Fiverr! 😱

 

The one glaring pitfall of a digital marketplace like Fiverr is you’re navigating unknown territory.

The whole topic of real estate marketing services might seem too confusing to navigate at first glance.

Which is why the enticing pricing options at Fiverr might be enough to sway you….

 

Ever Heard Of SEO? (Search Engine Optimization)

 

$10 to optimize my entire website?! No way! That deal is too good to be true!!

 

 

It seems like real estate agents are being told SEO is so important but no one takes the time to explain it to you.

You see the price, you see the service, you know it’s important and I’m all for jumping on a good deal, TRUST ME 💰💰💰

but before we do let’s break down why this could be….

 

The Most Dangerous Thing You Do To Your Business 👻

You can see something isn’t quite adding up now right? 🕵

SEO consultants and reputable service providers understand the value and importance of optimization.

It certainly falls under the top 5 most valuable real estate marketing services today.

Now you might see these numbers and think “well the deal on Fiverr is even better now….right?”

Not exactly….

 

Giving Someone Access To Your Website Is A Very Risky Thing

 

That’s why you want to make sure the company is vetted quite thoroughly.

It would be easy for someone to go in and damage the structure of your site and future success you could attain with your Google search rankings.

It’s quite easy for someone to make it look like they’ve optimized your site appropriately with a minor boost to your analytics.

If you look deeper, you’ll often find that nothing useful was done.

 

What About Those Meta….Tag…..Things……? 🤔

 

By this I mean they may have adjusted your “meta tags” (What are meta tags?), which more often than not actually means your “meta tag description”.

If you’re not sure what that means you’re not alone. It’s that section right below the link in a Google search.

Which you can easily access yourself first of all.

If you’re a LeadSites user you can just click and edit on any page.

 

If you’re a WordPress user you can still control this display on your own.

The point I’m trying to get at though is that this hasn’t been used a significant ranking factor since 2009!

Google announced this in a video too!

 

 

The problem is there are lots of people who don’t have any type of experience with SEO so they don’t know this.

Which is what upsets me the most, there are plenty of people out there who are ready to take advantage of the lack of know how you have when it comes to SEO.

So if you’re looking at anything that promises to optimize your site by way of adjusting your meta tags, please don’t waste your time.

 

 

Can I have Blog Posts Written For Me On Fiverr?

Someone who writes for you (for a price) is referred to as a copywriter, and this is another important and widely available real estate marketing service.

However, this is another one you’ll want to stay away from in my opinion.

Now if you’ve been luck enough to find a QUALITY writer on Fiverr please do comment below and let me know I’d love to highlight an exception to this rule.

There are good writers out there who are willing to do cost effective work for you.

However, I haven’t found any of them on Fiverr….yet.

 

Ever Heard Of Iwriter?

 

I do have experience with a different service, www.iwriter.com

 

 

You have to do some digging here before you find quality writers to work with on a consistent basis though.

However, your chances of finding one are far greater here than on Fiverr.

Also, your cost won’t go up by very much. Most writers here offer services for around $10-$15.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for over at iwriter then consider working with an English student 🎓 at a university near you.

You should be safe posting a flyer in the Department of English but feel free to ask a professor or someone who works in the administration.

Most of them are always open to the idea of connecting their students to paid opportunities relating to the field they’re studying.

If you don’t have a logo get one to start the new year off right.

If you’ve never used an infographic to illustrate boring (but useful) data then go have one made.

Or if you’re looking to add more brand visibility to your videos, submit your logo and get one made for yourself!

I do truly believe you can find most of the real estate marketing services you’re looking for at Fiverr.
