Everyone talks about building neighborhood pages…
But why should you focus on making neighborhood pages? Here’s why:

Neighborhood pages basically help every aspect of your lead generation and marketing.
- They can get you more leads from Google.
- They also present you as the neighborhood expert which helps you close a higher percentage of deals.
- And they give you something to show at your listing presentation that your competition simply doesn’t have.
But here’s the problem:
What do you write on these pages?

I’m sure you’ve felt this.
You get super excited about a marketing tactic…
You head over to your computer….
And then your blank screen has a way of killing all ambition and confusing why you even wanted to do this in the first place.
Today that changes:
Here are three formulas to ace your neighborhood pages even if you haven’t written since High School:
The “Kidz-R-Us” Formua

How to make Kid-Centric Pages:

Start with video: You start off with a video that highlights the parks and schools. If you don’t want to make a video, try making a slideshow with a program like Magisto. You can also search YouTube for a video. And use one even if you didn’t make it yourself.
