While you were busy listing and selling homes, summer was quickly becoming a fond memory. As of the first of September, folks have only about three weeks left of the sizzling season before it’s time to settle into the fall routine.

1. Hyper-local real estate blog holiday ideas
Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas – What’s happening in your market to celebrate? Big cities typically have a number of celebrations going on, such as Chicago’s concerts, fireworks, lobster fest and more.
If your town doesn’t do it up big, think about things you, your family and friends like to do for the holidays and write about those. Number 4 on our list, below, is a holiday-worthy topic as well.
2. What’s great about fall in your market?
The first official day of fall is September 23 so dive deep into why you love the season in your market.

While they’re not real estate sites, TheOdysseyOnline.com and CountryLiving.com have cool lists from which you can get some tips. Just make the topics hyper-local and you’re good to go.
4. Anything about grilling
