10 Real Estate Facebook Marketing Tips You Can Do At Starbucks

Today I’m going to break down 10 super simple things you can do to market your business and generate more leads on Facebook from your smartphone.

Trust me, these tips will make your life much easier.

And you can execute on all of them while having a coffee at Starbucks.

Do these three things while you’re waiting in line…

#1 Post Interaction

When you’re posting, liking, commenting…etc. take a second and just interact on as many posts as possible. You can interact with folks through your page and personal profile.

• If you post something to your business page, share it on your personal page.
• Share things in groups from your business page!
• Come others statuses
• Like other people’s posts

#2 Your Call to Action

If you haven’t already, add a quick call-to-action Button on your Facebook page. You can choose from several different actions and take people directly to your website.

And you can always change this if you want to promote something new.

#3 Save As You Scroll

It’s always nice to cross-promote content and share helpful information from peers. A great way to start curating content is to use the Save feature.

The next time you’re scrolling through your news feed and see something interesting you can bookmark it.

Come back to it when you have time to read the full article, or need quality content to share on your page.

#4 Boost views with 2 clicks

To get your awesome content in front of more eyes, like thousands more, start sharing your posts in groups.

When you’re getting ready to share something, all you have to do is click Share and then In a group.

Choose the group and post!

Add a few words in the post to make your content relevant to each group you share it with and make sure to check back in on it and respond to any comments that come in.

Now that you’ve got your coffee…

#5 Post a video

By now you’ve probably gotten a Facebook comment or maybe an email from someone asking about buying or selling. Maybe they want to know if it’s a good time to sell.

If one person has this question, chances are they’re not alone and others can use your expertise.

Get more views without paying by recording a live video in Facebook and sharing it with your audience on the spot.

#6 Get the new ads app

Facebook recently rolled out an ads manager app so you can keep track of your ads account directly from your phone.

Like right now.

And get ready to use it.

I recommend that agents have two campaigns running at the same time to ramp up business.

#7 Your campaigns

The two campaigns you’re going to want to setup are one for marketing and one for lead generation.

Marketing Campaign

Go get a refill. Then take the video you just shot in tip #6 and boost it in your ads app account for $5.

That’s probably less than you spent on your drink.

Right now, we’re getting Facebook video views for $.01 cent.

So, if you give your boosted post a lifetime budget of $5 and run it for 5 days you’ll be spending $1 a day to get hundreds of views!

This is going to be your marketing campaign. You’re going to get a ton of new eyes on your video content and increase your overall presence on Facebook.

This is just as important as your lead gen efforts.

Because you’re not going to land those high-quality leads until people trust you.

And this can’t happen if folks don’t know about you.

I know you’re the best at what you do, you know you’re the best person for the job, so know it’s time to grow your audience and show them what you’ve got.

Campaign for Leads

Now you’re going to create your second campaign to send people to your website.

For maximum lead capture, send them to a landing page. Just set up the page you want to send people to and then link it.

#8 Messenger

The Facebook Messenger app is a fantastic way to get in touch with new, old and existing contacts.

You can literally reach anyone who has the app.

Type up a general welcome message and send it off to people who’ve recently commented on one of your videos.

And use it as a tool to follow-up or get back in touch with those leads that you aren’t able to reach via phone or email.

#9 Run a quick contest

Now that you’re good and caffeinated, get creative and reward your fans with a simple giveaway.

Grab a $5 or $10 Starbucks gift card on your way out the door and use it as a giveaway prize.

A fun and effective contest is to post a home listing image and have people guess the price.

And whoever guesses correctly, or gets the closest, wins the gift card.
