There are more than 50,000 agents who up and quit the industry because they weren’t getting the leads they needed.
87% of agents fail in 5 years
I know you don’t want to be part of this statistic and to help you out I’ve got a cold, hard lead generation tip for success.
Today is all about how to get sellers from Facebook by giving away a free PDF.
In today’s post, we’re going to setup a Facebook Ad like this:
That links to a landing page…and gives away a free PDF e-Book.
Download everything you need to make this here:
All you have to do is insert your own logo, adjust the color scheme and change some of the text if you want.
It’s a full 8+ page guide for getting your home ready for sale.
So, the goal here is pretty straight forward just like this lead generation tip I’m about to take you through.
You’re simply looking to get clicks from Facebook to your landing page. And give away this free PDF in exchange for lead information.
You can grab the free PDF here: http://bit.ly/free-real-estate-pdf
Simply download it as a Powerpoint file. Or make a copy.
You can then swap out our logo for your logo.
So here are some quick tips for designing your seller landing page:
You want to keep the landing page design simple. Here’s what mine looked like:
Here’s a quick guide on setting up that landing page:
If you have a LeadSite, I highly recommend using one of the landing page designs that comes with Squeeze. Otherwise, use a different landing page software and get it on your website.
Now, you have a free PDF and a landing page.
But how do you get traffic to it?
Let’s hop over to Facebook and get people to start visiting our website.
You’re going to want to start a new campaign. With this, our goal is to run ads under a retargeting campaign.
Make sure to name your campaign so you can track traffic and your results.
We’ll then use Pixels, as we have before, to make it so everyone who has visited your sites sees the ad.
Next, you’ll want to create a new, custom audience.
This audience should be made up of your contacts. And the best way to quickly and easily create this audience is to export your email contacts as a CSV file and upload them all directly to Facebook.
Skip to 10:30 in the video above if you want to see how I do this.
These two things are your two separate warm audiences. In addition too these, you can run cold traffic to your page as well.
That’s really all you need to do for this campaign before you move on to setting a budget and scheduling it.
I recommend budgeting $75 to $150 per week and running this campaign for a month to make an impact. You’ll set these rates by using the lifetime budget in your ads account. Then I want you to choose four different images to use with the campaign so you have one new image per week.
You can start with a simple visual, like a house. And then try something different the following week. This is a good way to figure out what kind of visuals resonate with your audience.
Make sure that your ad headline matches up with your landing page header so people know exactly what they’re following through on.
This is one sure factor that will determine if your traffic converts.
And now you’re done with this campaign.
So, place the order and then go to ad manager, click on campaign and get ready to set up a second ad set.
Now we’re going to target a cold market. Try a larger city in your area like Miami, for instance.
Set your budget and now you’ve got two different campaigns to attract both hot and cold seller leads to your website.

So many of the agents that fail will try a strategy like this for one day out of a single week, not see the results they want and then quit a month later.
Those who succeed will track these campaigns each week. You can see which weeks are getting you cheaper leads and which are more expensive.
Once you know what’s working, you can then continue these types of ads to funnel new leads.
So, you’ve now got two hard-hitting, easy-to-execute lead generation strategies that you can take action on right now.
Track your traffic, leads and conversions to know where you should be investing your time and money in the future. When you find the right activities it’s worth the investment and energy.
So, get going and commit to succeeding in your industry!
