Get 100’s Of Real Estate Web Leads With This One Simple Marketing Strategy

New real estate website? Congratulations! You’ve just taken a major step towards expanding your network, growing your business and reaching qualified leads everyday. Here’s the thing though, people have got to find your website for you to start seeing these results.

And today I am going to take you through the single most important thing you need to do to make your real estate website successful. If you take action on this one thing you’ll soon be getting traffic and leads from your agent site even if you’re brand new to the online marketing game.

Everything you need to know to execute on this strategy is in this post, so you can use it like a checklist to make sure you’re hitting each step. Pick A Niche

To get started, you need to decide how you can be the most helpful and best serve your audience.

Firstly, I can tell you that this is going to be through providing them with unique, quality content.

The medium on which you publish the content is up to you.

• Do you love video?
• Are you more comfortable with writing?
• Maybe you can make awesome graphics?

Decide what you want to do and do it. Overtime, you can experiment to see what feels best for you, but for today just choose to either record a video, write a blog post or create some kind of shareable content that is helpful for your viewers.

Or, maybe you’re just really knowledgeable about the community. You simply need to pick a way to give value online. And start executing on it.

Choose a Market

After you decide how you’re going to deliver your content, you need to find a hyper-targeted audience to market to. For example, newly weds or recently engaged couples looking to buy a home. Or maybe those looking to sell their first house and move on up to the house of their dreams.

Choose your audience by taking a look at your current clients going back 6-8 months….

• What are their interests?
• Were there any commonalities?
• Is there a small segment of the real estate population

Once you figure out who you’re writing for, you’ll also be able to decide what your subject should be.

For instance, LeadSite user Dustin Brohm from Salt Lake City got 5,000 shares by writing about a highly popular game called Topgolf that is coming to his city. What Dustin did, and what you too can do, is pinpoint an existing niche you already have and then create content on the medium you’re best at in this moment.

Create Content

Now it’s time to take action.

And the best advice I can give you at this point is to just do it and put it up. Even if you don’t think it’s good enough, even if you hate what you wrote, just publish it. Set a deadline and spend no more than 3 hours getting it together.

No one makes the perfect Youtube video when they start out and no one crafts the most amazing blog post ever written. And this is just fine. If you start to doubt yourself, just circle back to why you’re doing this in the first place. Yes, to market your new real estate website, but also to help people. And in the long run, you’re going to be much more comfortable posting content and will be sure to get more engagement if what you’re sharing already resonates the people you’re connecting with.

Promote It

You MUST find a way to promote anything you post online to your website.

Since your content is hyper-local, see if you can find any businesses to talk about in your post, 2-4 would be good, online and tag them on social media when you post it.

They can then share and reshare the content and have now become your co-promoters.

Share it on your Facebook page, share it on your Facebook business page, pin it on Pinterest, tweet it, put it up on LinkedIn. Get the word out. You should also look into Facebook groups in your area and post to those relevant groups as well. If your content is helpful you’re going to see results in these groups and gain access to tons of new leads.

You can also promote it with Facebook Ads or Google.

That’s it.

This is a marketing effort that you can take action on repeatedly. Once a week, bi-weekly or monthly, it’s up to you. How often you repeat these steps will determine how fast you will see results.
