3 Way To Triple Your Real Estate Leads and Referrals

So, earlier this month I met up with my good friend and long-time LeadSite customer Justin Culley in his home city, Minneapolis.
We chatted about what’s been working for him as he continues to excel in his market and came up with 3 ways that he can use his LeadSite to grow his business.

These ideas are strategic ways to use marketing platforms like Facebook and video.
If you’re looking for a magic bullet, let me tell you this:
Magic bullets do not exist.
These 3 tactics are not hard. But they aren’t some magic bullet that you spend 2 minutes on to triple your business.
Real estate marketing simply doesn’t work that way.
But the cool thing is…
If you follow these three tactics and spend some time perfecting your craft, you can easily triple what you’re doing right now.
Here we go…
During a listing appointment you’re going to want to demonstrate your digital prowess and help them feel confident to list with you.
Why not get ahead and pre-sell to them with a killer video landing page you’ve already created for their property?

Take all the referral email and phone scripts you’ve perfected over the years and use them to record an awesome video.
You can then upload it to Facebook and run it as a video ad. Your call to action can be super simple and effective: just ask folks to tag people in the comments who are interested in buying or selling real estate so they can see the video and connect with you.
This is a really low friction call to action that doesn’t involve clicking anything or submitting personal information. You can leave the video running for as long as the information included is valuable. I would recommend shooting something new every six months or so.
What should your call to action be?
