Google has a way of creating built in trust. And the more trust a lead has in your abilities as a real estate agent, the more likely they are to do business with you.

The answer that most experts, and myself, preach is by creating neighborhood pages on your website.

And that’s really cool! This one week old site was able to rank on the first page of Google for a smaller, luxury neighborhood near Kansas City.

And this is where most real estate website companies would stop.
They would give you a formula. And then expect you to go create the pages yourself.
