In real estate, we all know that it’s the number of appointments you get from your leads that ultimately builds that commission check.
I was recently introduced to two apps that will help most real estate agents better set appointments, manage their schedules and take control of their inboxes.
Alternatively, LeadSites offers native CRM, or you can connect to whatever CRM you’re already using, so you can contact clients quickly and without hassle.
Here are two ways you can grow the number of appointments you’re setting, better utilize email and get more people booking with you online.
MixMax is probably the coolest way to schedule appointments right now. All you have to do is pull it up, open an email, click calendar and then drag over all the dates and times you have available to meet with a client and put them in the body of the email. Send it off and you’re done.
Contact your leads easily with LeadSites’ native CRM. Learn more.
Then, all the recipient has to do is click on the time they want to meet and your appointment will be scheduled. Whether you’re meeting with a seller to go over a listing, or finding a time to look at a house with a new buyer, you’re good to go.
And this is a much easier way to use email. With MixMax’s basic, free plan you’ll have access to 10 different templates you can use and you can send up to 100 scheduling requests in a month. The templates will definitely help you impress clients. You can import a listing and have it show up with a title and an image to they can choose which listing they want to look out.
It’s incredibly dynamic and can easily lead to more bookings. You can even use it as a thank you page or redirect after your Landing page.
This is also a great way to introduce yourself to cold lead when they come in.
Saying something like:
Hey John, saw you filled out that form on my site. Here are some 30 minute time slots I have available tomorrow to meet up. Do any of these work for you?
And there you go. MixMax also had paid monthly plans available, so just head on over to their site to see what best fits your needs.

This is also a scheduling app, but serves a slightly different purpose than MixMax. Calendly actually lives on your website and syncs with your gmail calendar so people can visit your site and book directly with you based on the availability you provide.
We actually use this ourselves here at EAP and have found it to be a super helpful tool. In the video above, you can see how easy it is to go into someone’s Calendly to set up an appointment.
The person will be able to pick any time that’s free on your provided schedule and book themselves. You can put in on your LeadSite or even in your email signature so clients can schedule with ease on their time.
And there you go!

Your real estate CRM is the lifeline of your real estate business. When it’s properly maintained, it’s a gold mine. Unfortunately, for most agents, going through a database to update contacts doesn’t feel as productive as pounding the pavement for listings.
