Here’s something that isn’t interesting:
Almost every agent I see has a Facebook page with their Face (or logo), Name as the page title, and post almost solely about real estate related events they are doing now.
What’s wrong with this?
Generally speaking, real estate agents are viewed as sales people.
Now, you and I know this isn’t 100% accurate.
But we can all probably think of 1 or 2 agents who are definitely pushy.
Do you really think the general population on Facebook wants to “Follow” a page by an agent (they may even think is salesy)?

Ok, so what do you do?
Most people generally perceive the page above as “BORING”.
Well, that work has already been done by the TV networks.
People love shows like:
And the thing is all of these are generally WAY more interesting than your typical agent posts.
This stuff entertains and attracts attention.
Here’s what you do
Incognito Facebook pages are pages that you run, but don’t have your face on them.
They can be pages called:
These pages are way more interesting! ?
In other words, these pages are way easier to get people to like!
And you won’t be as lonely on Facebook if you start a page like this.
Here’s the trick:
Facebook released an app a few years ago called “Facebook Messenger.”
Facebook is basically taking over texting.
But why does this matter?
Because now you can directly message everyone who likes a post on your incognito Facebook page!
With an incognito page, you’ll generate more likes and conversations…
Which will then lead to direct conversations via Facebook Messenger!
This is much more likely to help you get leads than simply talking about Open Houses or your website on Facebook.
