Looking for ways to get more leads from your marketing? You’re not alone! I recently received a great question in our Facebook group for LeadSite users about what I’d do with an unlimited marketing budget and I’ve come up with 3 ways I’d dominate.
There is so much going with lead generation and within the marketing community.
We’re seeing major television networks like CNN and ABC going live on Facebook through video and the NFL too recently announced that they will begin live streaming games on Twitter.
This is where the ad money is moving to and this is where you should be focusing your current ad budget.
Thinking back to the 90’s, how did you get your news and media content?
Perhaps through newspaper and magazines, but television and radio were the heavy-hitters and were considered prime places to advertise. Billboards, commercials, and even print ads would cost agencies thousands of dollars, so of course those with the deepest pockets would be the most visual across these mediums.
This question, would have been MUCH more interesting in the 90’s.
The mediums through which people communicated simply costed more money to advertise one. For example, a large team had a huge advantage because they could afford TV ads.
But things have changed.

Yup, for two pennies someone will view your video, see your face and now know what you can do for them.
I literally cannot think of any other effective marketing strategy that costs two cents. Think about sending postcards. You’re spending at least 50 or 60 cents per card to farm an area. An entire zip code. It adds up, especially considering that each person will need to see your advertisement up to 5 or more times before they take action.
But when you make a video and turn it into an ad on Facebook you’re going to be showing that same message in video format and delivering it to all the people in your target area for $.02 to show them why you’re the top producing agent in their zip code. Better yet, you can hone in on your target demographic by getting selective with your ads. You can narrow it down by age, marital status, income…etc.
So, with all this in mind, let’s get back to the original question for a second. What would I do with an unlimited marketing budget?
Your blog content will live forever, so producing consistent, highly valuable blog content is going to get you found on Google. You can then, with the help of a videographer, make a video based on your blogs and publish it on Youtube, Facebook, and share it on your blog.

Soon you’ll be generating more results than you’d get marketing on TV for a fraction of the cost.

You’re going to develop viewers who know, like and trust you and will want to do real estate with you in the future.
