It’s a miracle I even saw the card while putting some cream in my coffee.

:: But here’s what EVERYONE is doing wrong ::

All of these flyers are talking from ‘their’ perspective. Everyone’s saying:

“Do this for me”

“I want this from you”

“Please listen to me because of XYZ.”

“You need to know about this upcoming thing.”

What do all of those have in common?

They’re saying “GIVE ME.”

And “GIVE ME NEVER GETS.”

But, What Should You Put At Starbucks?

To help you out, I’ve created several free templates that can really help you catch some eyes at Starbucks.

Now, here’s why this works:

People don’t want to talk about your real estate business. They don’t want to see your business card.

Think about it:

What use is a business card to someone pouring their cream in their coffee?

ZERO USE. It’s not useful at all. It doesn’t make their life easier, better, quicker, faster, smoother, less painful, or anything!

All people want are things that benefit them. It’s simple.

They want:

• Free iPads
• Free carpet cleaning
• Free hot yoga classes
• Free [ENTER WHAT YOUR NICHE IS INTERESTED IN HERE]

It simply doesn’t matter!

If you want more attention, pay attention to the things your type of client LOVES.

You have to figure out what makes YOUR target market “tick” and then market to them.

You’re really fortunate! A real estate transaction is worth an awful lot of money…and thus lets you get pretty creative with what you can do for them. Plus, getting a new client typically means more referrals from that client.

Which one of these catches your eye?

The second error that most flyers at coffee shops make is they say too much.

You have 10 seconds (probably less) to attract their attention.

They don’t need to know your life story. 

They don’t need to know every detail.

They don’t want to know the whole story. Yet.

The point is to convince them to learn more through taking action. You’ll notice the headline of every single flyer I made gives value. And then immediately tells them how to get that value.

Look at this:

When it comes to “Billboard” or “Flyer” marketing, the money is in the clarity of your message.

This isn’t the time to get “cute” with hashtags.

…or to have a Facebook logo with your Facebook Page URL.

…or to even have your real estate website.

Direct response marketing is all about crafting an offer. And then making the route to obtaining the reward as easy as possible.
