The more you write, the better!
Almost 80% of small businesses interact with new customers through social media, so it’s imperative that prospective clients are able to find the best way to get in touch with you on your Facebook page. Otherwise, they’re likely to take their search and their business elsewhere.
All done? Great!
Here are 5 hacks for Facebook lead generation that you can use today:
Did you know the average blog can convert 2-10% of its visitors into leads?
In order to take full advantage of Facebook, you need fresh content to share. This is easy with a real estate website like LeadSites. LeadSites gives you blog content automatically with your site. We do this through Blogger Pro!
If you don’t have a LeadSite, be sure to add 1-2 blogs to your website weekly.
And then share these blog posts on your Facebook page like this:
Facebook’s algorithm is constantly changing and has gotten to the point where they’re only having popular content show up in newsfeeds. So, the more likes/comments you get, the more likely your posts, images, and videos are to reach more people.
As a quick way to up your page Likes organically, ask your friends, family, and neighbors to Like your page. Then, make it a goal to invite 100 more people as only some will actually follow through and Like the page.
You can also Run Facebook Ads for Likes. Have you checked out all the different ad campaigns you can run on Facebook? Try setting up a $25 per month Facebook ad to get fans to Like your page. And then post your blog articles religiously to the page.
You’ll notice a sharp increase in traffic to your website.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for setting up your first ad.
Contests, competitions and giveaways can absolutely boost your engagement on Facebook and drive more traffic to your real estate website.
I mean, who doesn’t like receiving gifts or winning a prize?
Being chosen out of a group of people all going after the same free thing is super enticing.
This is also a great opportunity to embrace co-branding and network with other professionals. Because in order for your contest to get maximum participation, you’ve got to promote it. Better yet, partner with a local business and see if you can do a joint promotion to increase brand awareness and your visitor pool.
We’ve experimented with giveaways in the past.
Here’s an example…
You can offer a gift card for people who correctly guess the listing price of a new property.

Facebook Groups should not be overlooked. There are probably 30-40 active groups for every major US city and you should definitely join the conversation. You can even write a helpful article that pertains to one of the local groups you join to grab the attention of members.

And this brings us to our last and perhaps most important hack. Video.
One of the best things you can do is use video on Facebook to get people back to your real estate website.
Why video?
People love it! And Facebook loves it.
As it stands, Facebook video is now bigger than Youtube for brands.
See, Facebook “autoplays” all the videos that are uploaded. They are the only thing that moves when you’re scrolling through your feed and are likely to catch your eye.
And when you run your video as an Ad, you’re ready to dominate. Here’s the formula I use to get more leads through Facebook Video Retargeting.
In my experience, video ads convert almost 40% better than a single-image ad. And retargeting traffic should also convert for a lot less than cold traffic, saving you both time and money.
Use Great Graphics!
Did you know graphics can increase conversion by 16.5%? And with Canva.com you don’t have to be a graphic designer to create quality and engaging visual content.
There are so many design options. Update your cover photo, or create a custom Facebook post today!
There is so much you can do on Facebook to help you become an even more successful agent. So get on Facebook and start marketing better now!
