People often ask me how I come up with such creative marketing ideas like:
But the question always comes back to something like this:
And this is really frustrating.
Because here’s the thing….
You are not entitled to a real estate commission check just because you got your license.
And there is no magical lead fairy.
Let’s put this into perspective for a second:
That is a ridiculously low barrier to entry. And sure, that does not make it ‘easy’ to sell a house. This also doesn’t make it easy to be a real estate agent. But, it does mean you have a huge opportunity if you can find ways to generate leads and build your business.
And frankly, I know of only two ways to build your business.
But here’s the thing:
What do you spend your money and time on? There are infinite options, possibilities and opportunities to generate leads out there. But how do you find the right ones? And how do you creatively invent market opportunities for yourself?
The ONLY way I know to consistently reinvent the way you’re growing your business and reinvent the way you’re investing your time and money is through reading. Reading teaches you new ways to grow. It shows you how others have grown.
