There are a lot of options out there!
The second point Michael makes that really resonated with me is to hire people that are smarter and better than you.
You cannot be an expert in everything. Nor should you expect yourself to be when you just get your real estate license.
You need to understand how everything relates to your business of generating real estate leads. But you shouldn’t expect yourself to be a master of all lead generation tactics.
That simply isn’t possible.
By focusing on what you are good at, you are able to maximize your businesses growth. This is the only thing you should care about.

You need to start documenting clear processes for all your internal marketing, file management, and sales tasks.
This will make it possible to eventually hire a real estate assistant to complete these tasks for you. Real estate assistants are really the only way to regain the ability to handle a large volume of transactions.
You can be proactive with your assistants and have them reach out actively to listing clients. You can create scripts for monthly checkins. You can also scale-up some parts of handling buyer inquiries.
The sky becomes the limit when you successfully are able to document standard procedures that real estate assistants can follow.
This type of documentation also helps you live your perfect daily schedule. In order to consistently only do the things on your schedule, you need to successfully outsource the other work in your business.
And this can be a real challenge!
But living a perfect daily schedule is only possible once you’ve successfully built ways for other people to complete work on your behalf.
