Hustle is one of Gary’s words to live by. The problem is, when leads aren’t coming in it can be really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I get that. I’ve been there. It’s a terrible place to be.

Be sure to enjoy what you are doing! If you don’t like writing, don’t try to get leads by blogging. If you don’t like cold calling, don’t try to get leads through cold calling.
Find something you like and hustle all day long on it.
This is a great thing to keep in mind when starting in real estate. There are certain things you are better at than others. Find lead generation strategies that fit your strengths. If the best thing for you is real estate blogging, then do it! If you’re more of an open house sign in sheet type of Realtor, great do that.
The danger here is to take the easy way out and say you’re not good at anything. Or over commit and convince yourself you’re good at everything.
Find what you’re good at and then find talented people to boost you in areas where you aren’t as strong. For example, if you hate social media, don’t do it yourself. Force yourself to do it for maybe 1-2 weeks and find out what works for your business. Then outsource the tasks that work to an admin and use your time in other ways to build your business.
