Most real estate agents I talk with are on LinkedIn, but don’t really see the use for it yet. They can sometimes do prospect research and engage with customers. But it’s hard for them to find new ways to generate business.

What are you going to do to generate more leads off of LinkedIn?
I highly suggest sending at least 30 connection requests per week to various people locally. You can then take the time to send them a personalized message inviting them to meet in person, should they want.
You’ll also want to setup a social media scheduling application like Buffer or Hootsuite to post interesting articles to the network.
LinkedIn still lets the majority of your network see your posts. So, it’s a good way to start growing the traffic to your website.
You’ll also want to join at least 3 local groups.
By contributing weekly to discussions, (or simply starting discussions) your profile, phone number, and job description will literally be in front of thousands of people. You can use groups to effectively get in front of decision makers and make cold connections warmer.
