Are you one of those real estate agents who believes in the power of real estate videos, but hasn’t made one yet?
Today is all about squashing the belief that you can’t make videos.
I’m going to show you how to make helpful videos in under 10 minutes.
…without spending money
…or buying a fancy camera
…or hiring any video editors.
This is pure lead generation, guerrilla marketing 101.
Let’s get into it:
Listen:
I get that you don’t have a lot of time to take long courses or learn advanced real estate marketing ideas.
You need tactics that fill up your CRM and keep clients coming through the doors. That’s why today I’m sharing a YouTube tactic that can get you clients straight off of YouTube.
Did you know YouTube searches for “Finding A Real Estate Agent” went up over 41% in 2014?

Video marketing is so effective because people become attached to you much faster than through text. People are able to create an emotional attachment to you specifically if you create videos that educate them.
Additionally, an Australian real estate group reports that real estate listings with videos receive 403% more inquiries than those without videos.

If you invest in online video content that helps consumers learn about buying and selling real estate, they will remember you. They will eventually do business with you if you do two things:
1) Provide valuable, educational video content
2) Put out content consistently (once per month at least)
Here’s how to make this easy:
1) Find a topic that you really know a quality answer to
2) Put your answers in a quick presentation. It doesn’t have to be complicated! Just create a title slide and one slide per point you’re going to make
3) Record yourself speaking over the presentation
4) Publish it on YouTube
You can easily make one of these presentations per week. And if you pick quality topics, the videos will be interesting!
Here’s the thing:
I live in Albuquerque, NM. If I were moving to Houston, TX, I wouldn’t know a single thing about the neighborhoods. That’s something I would probably Google or YouTube before looking for properties and moving.
And that’s a topic Zillow just can’t help me out with.
So:
Your job becomes making a quick video that discusses the pros and cons of 5 neighborhoods. Think you can do that?
Of course you can!

What do you think?
If you make a video, be sure to post the YouTube link in the comment section so we all can share it around on social media.
Also, let me know if you have any technical difficulties making your videos. I’ll be sure to help you out.
Finally, real estate videos are great for getting traffic. But you really need a website to drive that traffic to. If you haven’t checked out the LeadSites platform yet, click here to see how it can help you get more leads monthly.
