So today, we chose 6 LeadSite agents who are taking action on time-tested real estate marketing and lead generation strategies on Facebook to dominate their markets.
Let’s check out their pages!
We gotta start with our man Dustin on this one.
The first thing you’ll notice about Dustin’s page name, as well as the five other featured agents of Facebook, is that the title says it all.
Dustin has earned the tagline of being Salt Lake’s Favorite Realtor.
This is big, so of course he wants to represent himself this way on Facebook.
By using your hook or slogan in the page title, visitors will know what you’re about immediately and this is something that will keep them scrolling.
So here’s what folks will see when they first land on Dustin’s page.
That little check mark next to his name let’s people know that the information is verified and trusted.
You can get a verification badge for your page, too.
This isn’t something that’s just reserved for celebrities and big-name brands any more.
Here’s how:
Go to Settings on your page
Click General and then Page Verification
Select Verify this Page and then Get Started
After that, you’ll need to enter your business phone number and a few other details.
Hit Call Me Now and Facebook will then call you with your verification code.
On Dustin’s page, you’ll also notice that the first post you see is from February.
But this definitely doesn’t mean that this is the last time he posted.
The little blue tack icon next to his post title indicates that the post has been pinned.
You can pin a post to feature certain content.
Again, when people visit Dustin for the first time he wants to make a killer impression.
Another step he’s taken to do this is to highlight one of his most popular blog articles by pinning a post and linking to it.
Now, let’s take a look at his most recent post –
This is a great post for a few reasons.
First, he’s shared an event and tagged the local business that is hosting it.
He’s now showing his support for his community and getting the post in front of a larger audience.
The content is super timely and also lets everyone viewing it know where they can find him.
Well done, Dustin!
Colorado Realtors offers all of their info up front.
The “Agents with Answers” lists their phone number right in their cover photo over a nice image of their city.
You can create a quick graphic like this through Canva with their Facebook cover photo template.
Let’s see what these guys have posted about most recently.
They’ve used one of our recent headline suggestions to capture the attention of viewers.
And also included a beautiful image with the blog they are linking to.
In order to create an engaging post, the text and visuals need to complement one another and inspire folks to take action.
Debra Ross has a lot of great things going on with her page.
Check out how many 5-star reviews she has.
15!
There’s so much more to Facebook marketing than the number of Likes you’ve got on your page.
When potential leads are checking out her page, they’re likely to put their attention on those stellar reviews.
Debra also lists her services upfront so folks know exactly what she has to offer.
Let’s see what she’s been posting about –
She’s shared a video from Youtube featuring a recent listing.
The only thing that could have worked even better here would be for her to have uploaded this video directly to Facebook.
And here’s another recent post –
Her post-schedule is on point.
Keeping quality posts coming to your audience consistently is only going to help increase your social media presence.
This would be an easy one to boost and asks an engaging question to prompt comment responses.
Once viewers respond, Debra can then followup with them via Messenger.
This is about as niche as it gets, folks.
We’ve featured Alex and Leah of Living on Guam before and continue to be impressed with them.
A great alternative to a professional headshot for your real estate page is a candid photo.
The picture should give a glimpse into your life and allow people to get to know you a bit better before you’ve even made direct contact.
Leah and Alex’s page profile pic shows them smiling together in front of a gorgeous waterfall in South Guam.
Just from this image we can see that they enjoy the outdoors, are adventurous, have a great partnership, are happy, and love where they live.
They’ve also got nearly 3,000 likes on their page!
Here’s their most recent post –
Leah’s on Snapchat.
Now, if you follow our blog then you already know Tyler has some special feelings about Snapchat for agents.
But because Leah is already dominating on Facebook, it totally makes sense for her to connect further with her audience and reach even more people on a new platform.
It’s also great because her Snapchat serves a very specific purpose.
She’s giving viewers a peek inside life on the island.
There’s literally nowhere else in the world people will be able to get a unique perspective like this.
Keep up the great work, Leah!
Like Dustin, Darren James is also using a pinned post to bring attention to his most relevant content.
The Baton Rouge floods have impacted so many people, including those looking to move to or needing to relocate to the area.
Darren and his team have joined up with the community to compile a list of all the neighborhoods in the area.
Wrapping up our quick list is Seth Muenzer.
If you’re looking to start a Facebook page, Seth’s page is a great example of how to get started.
