Beat Trulia With This Real Estate Squeeze Page For Seller Leads:
Real Estate is all about those leads. Here is a free squeeze page for you to use when generating leads in your market. Download the copy today and beat the
Do you need more leads? Of course! One of the best ways to get more leads online is through landing pages. I’ve designed a high-converting landing page for Realtors and today I’m giving you the HTML files for free here:
Why? You have to make sure your ad copy is great. And the design is good. You need trust logos and testimonials. The worst part is that you don’t know if you’ve made a good landing page until you spend your own money on it. So to make that easier:
Here’s what it looks like:
Here’s the video for this:
Now, there are a few things you should know!
These files are coded in HTML. So, you’ll need to put them on your website and swap out a few things. You’ll need to change the images, logos, and text to match your testimonials. Don’t forget about those bottom three items on the footer.
If you don’t know how to do this, you can make this in Leadpages. I suggest you purchase their basic package and buy the landing page there for $15.
Why Leadpages? They keep things:
Honestly, I pay my coder $60 per hour. It would take him about 1.5 hours to make all the changes and install it on my website.
Or, I could use Leadpages. I could customize it myself. And be able to change designs, words, and images at a moment’s notice. It’s literally the only way I am able to make landing pages like this one. Now, Leadpages is not free. They charge you a monthly fee and are selling my template for $15 right now.
Another reason I encourage Realtors to use Leadpages, is that they make it easy to give away content on your blog. Did you know the best way to get readers to engage with your website is by having downloads within the posts on your website? Leadpages has a feature called the “Leadbox”. This lets you make buttons like the yellow ones you see on this page.
In fact, for all you non-coders out there, I put this Seller Lead Landing Page on Leadpages. You can find it here: Seller Lead Landing Page.
Through Leadpages, you can simply edit the page at will. They have a drag-and-drop image change system. You only have to upload the images you want. And you’ll swap them out. They also make it really easy to change the colors. Finally, they make text editing as simple as point-and-click.
Once your page is setup, it’s time to drive traffic. I always think of driving traffic to real estate squeeze pages like driving a train:
…A train does not just have one car attached to it.
There are tons of cars linked together. You want to drive traffic to your real estate squeeze page through as many different mediums as possible.
Here’s another great way to get real estate seller leads:
Pinterest: You can drive some traffic to your landing pages through Pinterest. I recommend creating several pins for each landing page and sharing them on relevant groups on Pinterest. Here is an article on how to maximize your marketing reach on Pinterest in real estate.
Facebook Ads: Facebook ads are getting more and more expensive. So be sure to get in on the action while it still make sense for Realtors looking to generate more leads. You can follow the script I setup here to get real estate leads like Trulia does.
Twitter: Be sure to schedule Tweets about your squeeze page! Follow our social media schedule here for maximum effect.
Instagram: Instagram is in full swing for Realtors. You can now automatically schedule Instagram posts to go out! Be sure to make your URL link back to a squeeze page about real estate for maximum effectiveness of that traffic.
Bing Ads: Bing ads are so much cheaper than Google Adwords. You can use them to drive significant traffic back to your landing pages and real estate website!
Real Estate Farming: Whether you’re looking to generate buyer or seller leads, the best thing to do is niche down. Farming is one of the most effective ways of doing this as a Realtor. You’ll be able to heavily canvas an area with postcards, letters, and provide tips for real estate transactions in a very specific neighborhood.
Open House Sign In Sheets: Want to get creative with your real estate landing pages? Use them in your open houses! Have buyers go to your landing page on their phones, and sign in there instead of using paper open house sign in sheets.
Or, you can transfer the data yourself and send them emails directly to your sign in sheets.

You can also study the history of landing pages a little bit. A few of the examples they show are older, you can look at them and see how far internet marketing has come in such a short time!
You and I are both searching for the Perfect Landing Page. And Kissmetrics breaks down what that entails in this post. It is an interesting read and you can learn something about how you’ll want to customize the free real estate landing page template you’ve downloaded above.
