One of the most used resources for real estate flyers is Microsoft Office/Powerpoint. I’ve made some free flyer templates you can download here. Although, I think Canva is a better editor than Office. You can still make a quick graphic using Microsoft’s products.

Moz is one of the leading SEO blogs. They also have a pretty useful tool for examining why your competition ranks well on Google. The key thing with real estate SEO is having backlinks and content. Moz shows you precisely what backlinks and content are providing results for any website.
The key thing with this tool is to take action on the results. Don’t just look at your competition…But figure out what they did and reverse engine it.
Their website:
Ahrefs also looks at your website from an SEO standpoint. They sometimes catch different things than Moz; so, I find it useful to use both platforms.
Simply, put a competitors site into the tool. And figure out what links/content are helping them get the most results.
